ISRO Successfully Launches EOS-05, India's First Geosynchronous Imaging Satellite
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully launched the 2,367-kg EOS-05, an advanced Earth Observation Satellite, aboard GSLV Mk II-F17 from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. This mission marks India's first dedicated imaging satellite placed in a geosynchronous orbit, enabling near-continuous observation of the Indian landmass. The success also provides a significant boost to the GSLV programme, following previous setbacks.

ISRO Successfully Hot Tests Semi-Cryogenic Engine Power Head Test Article
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully conducted a hot test of the Semi-Cryogenic Engine Power Head Test Article (PHTA) at its Propulsion Research Complex in Mahendragiri, Tamil Nadu. This was the first time the PHTA was tested at its full thrust level of 200 tonnes for a duration of 5 seconds, marking a significant step in developing the Semi-Cryogenic Propulsion Stage (SC120) for the LVM3 launch vehicle.
