India to Host 12th BRICS Environment Ministers Meeting
India is set to host the 12th BRICS Environment Ministers Meeting in New Delhi on August 18, 2026, preceded by the Senior Officers' Meeting of the Environment Working Group and Contact Group on Climate Change and Sustainable Development on August 17. The event, held under India's BRICS Chairship 2026 theme 'Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability', will be presided over by Union Minister Bhupender Yadav.
