DRDO Hands Over 'Netra' AEW&C System to Indian Air Force
The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has officially handed over the Final Operational Clearance (FOC) certificate of the indigenous 'Netra' Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system to the Indian Air Force (IAF). This system, developed by the Bengaluru-based Centre for Airborne Systems (CABS), acts as a flying radar station to detect and track airborne and maritime threats.

रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन (DRDO) ने भारतीय वायु सेना (IAF) को स्वदेशी 'नेत्र' एयरबोर्न अर्ली वार्निंग एंड कंट्रोल (AEW&C) प्रणाली का अंतिम परिचालन निकासी (FOC) प्रमाणपत्र आधिकारिक तौर पर सौंप दिया है. बेंगलुरु स्थित सेंटर फॉर एयरबोर्न सिस्टम्स (CABS) द्वारा विकसित यह प्रणाली हवाई और समुद्री खतरों का पता लगाने तथा उन पर नज़र रखने के लिए एक उड़ने वाले रडार स्टेशन के रूप में कार्य करती है.
Supreme Court Directs Unified Trauma Care System
The Supreme Court has directed all States and Union Territories to establish a unified emergency trauma care architecture to reduce deaths from road crashes and other accidents. This includes integrating various emergency helplines like 100, 101, 108, 102, 1033, and 1091 into the unified helpline number 112 within three months, along with establishing physical and digital Good Samaritan grievance redressal systems.

माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को सड़क दुर्घटनाओं और अन्य हादसों से होने वाली मौतों को कम करने के लिए एक एकीकृत आपातकालीन ट्रॉमा केयर वास्तुकला स्थापित करने का निर्देश दिया है. इसमें 100, 101, 108, 102, 1033 और 1091 जैसी विभिन्न आपातकालीन हेल्पलाइन को तीन महीने के भीतर एकीकृत हेल्पलाइन नंबर 112 में एकीकृत करना शामिल है, साथ ही भौतिक और डिजिटल गुड Samaritan शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली स्थापित करना भी शामिल है.

केंद्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्री श्री के. राम मोहन नायडू ने लाल बहादुर शास्त्री अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे, वाराणसी, उत्तर प्रदेश से भारत की पहली हब-एंड-स्पोक उड़ान, एयर इंडिया की उड़ान 1111 का उद्घाटन किया. एयर इंडिया के 'इजी कनेक्ट' कार्यक्रम के तहत इस पहल का उद्देश्य वाराणसी को नई दिल्ली के माध्यम से 17 अंतर्राष्ट्रीय गंतव्यों से जोड़ना है, जिससे भारत के टियर-2 और टियर-3 शहरों से वैश्विक कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ेगी.
