India protests US attacks on ships with Indian crew in Gulf
India has strongly condemned a series of military strikes by the US Central Command (CENTCOM) on oil tankers manned by Indian seafarers in the Gulf of Oman and the Strait of Hormuz. External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar lodged a strong protest with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, stating that such lethal actions against commercial shipping are unjustified. The Modi government is squarely blaming the US for the attack on ships in the Strait of Hormuz, which killed seven Indian sailors.

Five IAF personnel killed in AN-32 aircraft crash in Assam
